The Law of Attraction

Hi everyone and welcome to my first blog post! I wanted to get the ball rolling by talking about something that has been on my mind lately and that is the concept of vibrational energy and the law of attraction. First, I’ll start by telling you that each of you has a vibrational energy and you can use this energy to be whoever you want to be. Whatever you believe in, you still have a frequency that your inner source is aligned with. Aligning yourself to a positive vibrational energy isn’t easy. The world conditions us to become negative and talk to ourselves with negative self-talk, by saying that we must always “fix” ourselves. We are either too overweight, too skinny, too quiet, too loud, too dumb, too smart, too easy to please, too hard to please, and many more. We are never just “good enough”. BUT the good news is that NONE OF THAT MATTERS. What matters is how you talk to yourself and how you choose to treat your inner light source or spirit. All of this is well and good, but you may ask, “how in the world do I start realigning my inner self-talk and inner vibrational energy to where I want to be in life?”

There is a lot of advice out there on this topic, but I think what really needs to be talked about is HOW to align your energy. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • A daily meditation practice — there are many apps you can use to start this
  • A daily gratitude practice — try journaling 3 things you are thankful for each day
  • Affirmations — if they feel too extreme, start with something like “I am grateful for the chance to….”
  • Listening to/watching things that align with your vibrational energy — Abraham Hicks has a great YouTube channel
  • Envisioning source light in each person you interact with — just picture light in the chest of each person and envision positive intent in everyone you interact with

These are just some ideas to get going! Just implementing one of them will have a huge impact on your mental and physical health. Give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comments below! They say that it takes 21 days to create a habit, although I believe it to be a bit longer than that. However, if you are looking for when you might start seeing some changes, try it for 21 days and see what you find

Love,

Teal
